Our Friday Night Chef’s Tasting is a five-course, fixed menu that changes weekly, guided by the seasons and our local farm partners.

This is a true tasting experience—the menu is revealed upon arrival, allowing our kitchen to cook at its most creative and responsive. We promise a thoughtful, abundant evening that reflects the very best of what’s available that week.

About the Dinner

  • Reservations are required and can be made via our Resy site.

  • Our five-course tasting menu is $90 per person plus sales tax and gratuity. Prepayment is required at the time of booking. Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 72-hours prior to your arrival time.

  • This experience is offered as a prix fixe tasting menu only. We do not offer an à la carte or children’s menu.

  • Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions in your reservation notes or email us in advance at info@damastlh.com. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee modifications the night of your dinner.

  • A full beer and wine list will be available onsite, along with an optional curated wine pairing offered for an additional fee.
